APT.Assist was established in 2021 by Cherryl Hanson-Simpson, a financial consultant with more than 20 years’ experience managing the finances of individuals and organisations across Jamaica and the Caribbean.
Cherryl founded APT.Assist out of a desire to fix her own strata corporation’s problems. A lack of transparency, data prepared on manual spreadsheets, and missed reporting deadlines were just a few of the issues hampering her complex from operating efficiently.
She recognised that strata corporations needed the same financial discipline and control as any well-run business — and that she had the expertise to provide it.
A money coach, public speaker, and author of The 3 Ms of Money: How to Manage, Multiply and Maintain Your Money, Cherryl has helped thousands of Jamaicans and Caribbean residents take control of their finances.
APT.Assist brings those same principles to strata corporations — helping executive committees manage their money, multiply their reserves, and maintain their financial health for the long term.
