When I wrote The 3 Ms of Money, it was designed for people who wanted to take control of their finances. Looking back, I could just as easily have been writing for every strata corporation in Jamaica and across the Caribbean. The principles are the same. The discipline required is the same. The rewards — clarity, confidence, and financial security — are the same. What is different is that a strata has a whole community of people depending on it.
